Spruce Ridge Guest Cabin will best accommodate a couple, or a family of four to five people. The two queen-sized sleeper sofas and queen-sized pillowtop bed allows for a maximum of 6 people. Regretfully we cannot accommodate youth groups.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Please make prior arrangements if arriving later than 7 p.m.

Check-out time is 11 a.m.

Well-behaved children over 7 years old are welcome.

For safety reasons, candles are not permitted in the cabin.

Babysitting can be arranged with 7 days advance notice.

We have 8 llamas, an outdoor dog and two outdoor cats on-site.

Please be considerate of future guests and follow all policies.

No Smoking Policy
This policy is strictly enforced. We will not tolerate smoking in or outside the cabin. You will be asked to leave immediately and your credit card will be charged for the entire reservation period.  If you smoke inside the cabin there will be an additional fee of $375 for downtime to have the walls, ceiling and upholstered furniture and rugs steam cleaned. Smoke on your clothes and nicotine odors negatively affect many non-smokers. There is no smoking outside the cabin due to fire danger in our dry climate, and litter from cigarettes. 

No Pets Policy
This policy is strictly enforced. No pets are allowed, including companion animals, as unfamiliar pets are not welcomed by our llamas. There will be an additional fee of $375 for cabin downtime to have the entire cabin professionally cleaned and the upholstered furniture and rugs steam cleaned.

If you bring your pet on your vacation, you’ll need to board your animal at one of the fine kennels in Salida while you are staying at the cabin. We recommend you call one of the following kennels.

Wag N Tail, (719) 539-9246 is located 5 miles east of us in Poncha Springs.

Double J Cross Kennel, (719) 539-4080 is located about 15 miles mid-way between Salida and Buena Vista.

Rates (per night)
Summer and Ski Season, except holidays:  $149/1-2 people; $20 each additional person up to 5, 2-night minimum.

Holidays, $169/1-2 people, $20 each additional person up to 5, 2-night minimum.
Includes March Spring Break.

September 20-November 20 and April 10-June 10, $139/1-2 people, $20 each additional person up to 5, 2-night minimum.

Nightly rentals, $169/1-2 people, $20 each additional person up to 5; No holidays.

Stay 6 nights and 7th night is free anytime.  Please call for monthly rental rates.

Sales and Lodging Tax is 6.9% and is in addition to all nightly rates. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Reservations
Reservations made more than 14 days prior must be secured with a deposit of 50% and reservations made within 14 days of arrival must be secured with VISA/MasterCard. Balance is due upon arrival.

Cancellations of 30 days or more are refunded less $30. No refunds if cancellations are less than 30 days or you end your visit early.

VISA/MasterCard payment requires name and address that match card, your phone number, card number and expiration date.

Missing cabin furniture/items will be charged to your credit card.
