Spruce Ridge Guest Cabin is a full sized modern vacation home. The spacious 1000 square foot cabin is located 10 miles west of Salida, Colorado and 15 minutes from Monarch Mountain Ski Resort. It is private, secluded and scenic, nestled in aspens and fir trees, and overlooks the Little Cochetopa Creek and Cleveland Mountain. It is ideal for a couple, a family of four to five or romantic getaways.
Warm and inviting, the completely furnished modern cabin is trimmed throughout in uniquely patterned pine and aspen woods. It has one large bedroom, two bathrooms, a complete kitchen that opens into a living area, utility room with washer and dryer and a mudroom vestibule for jackets, daypacks, shoes, hiking and ski boots, and additional storage.
This delightful vacation home sits on 35 acres and is surrounded on three sides by the San Isabel National Forest with access to thousands of acres for unlimited summer and winter recreation. Easily accessible year-round it sits at a refreshing elevation of 8,450 feet and is adjacent to the new Friend Ranch 18-hole championship golf course.
